Responsibility
• Be familiar with the company's corporate culture, product production process and main selling points • Implement the marketing strategy of the head office and manage the stores covered by the responsibility area • Set sales targets and implementation plans according to the company's product characteristics • Be responsible for the collection and analysis of market information in designated regions, timely feedback to the head office, and adjustment of marketing strategies • Introduce the company, brand origin, product category, product characteristics and after-sales service at any time • Assist the store to achieve sales objectives with quality and quantity guaranteed • Plan the work schedule for the next week in advance every week, and the working place is each store in the region • Be responsible for the performance assessment and talent training of each store, and provide store managers for new stores • Develop new campus resources and prepare to open new stores • Review the sponsorship of the store docking with the school student union and related activities • Assist stores to carry out promotional activities on campus, and urge the analysis and review of the results of each promotional activity • Regularly report the work progress to the head office |
