• Be familiar with the company's corporate culture, product production process and main selling points • Implement the marketing strategy of the head office and carry out promotion planning for the school area covered by stores • Set sales targets and implementation plans according to the company's product characteristics • Train store operation specialists and lead them to work in an orderly manner • Introduce the company, brand origin, product category, product characteristics and after-sales service at any time • Assist the store operation specialist to track the order delivery and provide after-sales service • Daily inventory management (achieve FIFO), product inventory and account handover • Check E-mail, WeChat and Dingtalk information at the first time of work every day, and reply to the information in time • Lead the store operation specialist to prepare daily, weekly and monthly operation reports • Connect with the student union of the school and implement relevant activities and sponsorship matters • Plan and carry out campus promotional activities, and do a good job of summarizing, analyzing, reviewing and correcting the results of promotional activities |
